Trigger to check lastest data received

    Hi!

How can I create a trigger to check that there is no lastest data recieved from agent?

My hosts was toasted (net driver didn't work well). Zabbix didn't send any alert because everything was ok. The problem was that the lastest data recieved was from the day before, not from now.

How can the Zabbix server check if a host is not responding. I thought agent.ping checked agent response.

    Any ideas?.

    Thanks.

    A standard icmpping trigger:

    {my_host:icmpping.last(0)}=0

the same trigger with a nodata

    ({my_host:icmpping.last(0)}=0)|(my_host:icmpping.n odata(180)}=1)

This will trigger if the last ping was 0, or there was no data for 3 minutes.
