Multiple Window Server monitoring questions

I am currently using zabbix 1.6.6 and wanting to know how i can accomplish the following goals

1. Monitor different process on different boxs
-> java, mysqld, explorer, .....

2. Monitor memory usage so that i can create a trigger when the box is having issue

3. Monitor when people are logging into the server

4. If possible to bring all the server log files over

Also has anyone played around with custom reports? i want to be able to create misc reports
