Bandwidth graph Utilization

Hello All,

I tried to add graph which shows interface utilization. Already what I did is add items ifInOctets, ifOutOctets and ifSpeed. Now I dont know what next should be?

All information collected via snmp v2.

Please lest me know what I should do.
