Web check: how to check for substring of JSESSIONID variable?

Hi all,

I am attempting to make my web checks smarter, and need to be able to check the last 6 characters (or anything after a "." in the JSESSIONID) to see which node in the cluster a web check is failing against.

Is this possible under Zabbix 1.6.6 or 1.8? I am currently running 1.6.6 but would be prepared to upgrade for this functionality.

Still unable to find a method within Zabbix to return even the full JSESSIONID variable value when a web check is performed.

Can anyone confirm whether this is possible in version 1.6.6 or 1.8?
