Have you install all other dependencies software such mysql, apache, netsnmp, fping etc? go to zabbix frontend to configure zabbix for the 1st time and the ZABBIX documentation is made by purpose...to answer the rest of configuration questions you might have. Sorry, but it's true.

    Thanks,
    BEE

have you able to bring up the zabbix front end? does zabbix server up and running. what device you would like to monitor? you need to be specific what difficulties you have.

            Hi Yuhuu,
before you monitor your server, you must define what parameter you would like to monitor? for example server's uptime, server's HD etc..etc. You also must define how would you like to monitor it, using snmp or zabbix agent.
My first time experience with ZABBIX, the documentation is good enough as starting point. It's comes with many examples.

How you bring up the zabbix front end is depend on how you configure your apache web server. If you install front end on root directory of apache, you may access it by pointing you browser to http://hostname

            Hope that help.

            Thanks,
            BEE

maybe i am not good enuf. the documentation still help me but not too details maybe.so it's a liltle bit difficult for me.

i am configuring it right now. still trying.

If you install front end on root directory of apache, you may access it by pointing you browser to http://hostname
i would say. i had done it. because when i type http://hostname.
i saw a words "Its work!"

              now i am stuck at..
              Code:
              ./configure --enable-proxy --with-mysql --with-net-snmp –with-libcurl
              which is the error is:
              ./configure : command not found.

forget to say: i choose zabbix.
