Passive Mode to Monitor Backup Routines

How can I put zabbix to wait every day in determinated hour to a confirmation of my backup routine was executed.

not sure i understood the question, but you could try setting up a trapper item, into which some process sends in the data. then create a trigger with time and nodata functions. see manuals for more details.
