install newer version with apt-get?

i am using debian and if i run apt-get install zabbix-frontend,agent,.... it installs version 1.4.6.

is it possible to install newer version with apt-get command?

i tried apt-get install package name=1:1.8.1, but it writes version dont exists.

You will have to use a newer repository of Debian in order to get the newer versions that 1.4.6. You can see which version of Zabbix there are available to the different repositories on debian.org.
