Dashboard configuration

Wondering if anyone has redone dashboard.php to lay it out in a better format?

What I would like to see

1. Button on each widget to maximize
2. ability to move widgets about to layout side by side rather than all vertically
3. widget title bar to have summary counters
4. button on widget to remove/hide
5. new widget to show graph/screen/map
6. multi screen configs, small screen friendly (mobile, netbook)

7. Fixed width widgets (optionally?) the dynamic/relative widths could mess up a display
