    Getting HPSIM trap

    Hi,

    I'm currently using Zabbix 1.6.8.
I have a HP SIM server for monitoring hardware devices and SIM Agents install on servers.

I want to receive alert from this HP SIM server to my Zabbix server.

To do so, I forward SNMP trap to my Zabbix server.

    My question is:
Is there a way for getting just alarm from HP SIM (like Zabbix triggers) ?

    Thank for your answer

Use the snmpd trap to zabbix_sender script for this (see wiki and possibly the source package for this).
      With kind regards,

      Raymond

I tried to send trap from HPSIM server to Zabbix 1 year ago without success.

I'll try again when I'll have time, or when HP's consultant will be free.

          We have some hope: https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBXNEXT-747
And waiting HP's consultant is a bad way. IMO .
