Alerting to user group

I'm having an issue where I set an alert to send a message to an individual. After deleting this alert and re-creating to sent to an entire group, zabbix continues to sent the message (Jabber) only to the individual. I'm attempting to see what the DB says, but I cannot find the correct table. The "actions" table doesn't appear to show the contacts for the action.

This appears to be some kind of rights issue. I upgraded the accounts to Zabbix Super Admins, and the alerts went through. I'm stepping through the rights to see which of these may have disallowed the message, but if anyone knows off the top of your head, let me know!
