TELNET Agent [telnet.run] not working Proxy Side

Does telnet.run not with work with/on proxy side

when applying my template for grabbing telnet data for example the running config

Key telnet.run
User name ****
Password ****
Executed script en ! terminal length 0 ! sh run
Type of information: LOG

this work server side to a switch but not proxy side

I have a bunch of switches and routers monitored through a proxy i would like to grab and store running configs

I am trying to configure it with telnet checks.But I am failed.
Can you help me?

I always receive the value "0", can't receive the "11".
