Zabbix 1.8.x now supports some further (enhanced) metrics on the AIX platforms. (5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 6.1)

I have uploaded the new metrics in a template located here:
http://www.zabbix.com/wiki/templates/aix_stats_18.xml
That template only contains the new metrics that Zabbix supports and not the base metrics of Template_AIX. I linked the two together on my setup.
Note that this is implemented in Zabbix 1.8 and will not work with lower versions.
I am told the new metrics are documented in the wiki 1.8 manual, but I have not looked. I have that information in a small PDF file. If you would like that, just send me a message here with your e-mail addy and I will send it to you.
