Non-problem triggers
Maybe it is possible, but I can't seem to figure it out. 
I need a trigger to set off an action to notify me of an event, but I don't want it to remain a problem.
For example. I would like to be notified when a backup service stops running, but I don't want the item to be seen as a problem and thus show up on my map as a problem.
