added graph automatically in screen

Hello,

I created a template to get CPU usage/CPU Idle/CPU users by SNMP for Linux servers. After I created graph in "Linux Template" to see these 3 items in the same graph.
It works fine, all graphs are available for each hosts linked with this template.
But I need to see all these graphs in the same screen.
I tested differents configuration but I didn't find solution to add all graph in same screen automatically. I don't want add 100 graphs manually . Moreover, I need that new graph was created when someone add Linux server linked with this template.
By browsing the forum, I found PHP script to add screen.
It's not exactly what I need but I can modify it to detected a new hosts linked with this template and regenerated screen.
Any help are welcome because we want to migrate to zabbix and this issue is a locking point.

Is a method for hosts added automatically in screen ?
