Cant add trigger to map connector

Running Zabb 1.8, see screenshots below;

When I try to add a trigger to a map connector, it seems to work;



It accepts it;



I save the map, then re-open it and open the map element I just edited;



and now the trigger is gone! I never got any error messages, nothing in the server log.

if i recall correctly, that was a bug in 1.8. could you try with 1.8.1 ?

humm, where can i find update instructions from 1.8 to 1.8.1?

hmm, upgraded to 1.8.1 but the copyright notice at the bottom of my UI pages still says "Zabbix 1.8 Copyright 2001-2009 by SIA Zabbix"?

and, I still have the same problems...

nevermind, my web server was still pointing to the old php files...

okay, I upgraded to 1.8.2, and still getting the same problem.

after I add a trigger to a map connector it disappears.
