Adding one or more item value into alert message

Hi All,
Is it possible to add one or more value into an alert message.
Example:

I have items as follow:

Item A
Item B
Item C

My alert will trigger when Item A value changed. Can i add value of Item B and Item C into the alert message of Item A?

Thanks for you reply, but i cannot get clear of your point. What exact macro i need to utilize to satisfy my need? does it {ITEM.NAME<1-9>} ? Can you give short example?
