Data on graphs is missing.

Hello. About a month ago i've upgarded to ver. 1.8.1, all seems to by fine, but today i accidentally saw that i have blank periods on my graphs (latest data), look at screen shot below. That blank periods are almost on all graphs, i know that must be something with MySql setup, but before ver. 1.8.1 (on 1.6.7), all was OK.
Any one faced such problem ?

Strange, data is missing, no on ALL graphs, but about on only ~30%, other are fine....

Maybe you've started monitoring some additional hosts after upgrading and your Server isn't coping with the increased load.

I would reduce the collect periodicity of those Items, probably you can live with that.

You should ideally tweak your items for their needed refresh periodicity, for instance, you probably don't need to be informed of a filesystem occupation every 30s, but every 30min.

The other alternative is inscreasing your StartPollers number, but bear in mind that with this comes increased IO, memory, etc.., usage.

Hi, i think you r right, problem graphics are CPU, Network and HDD usage, where items refresh interval is 6 sec, but before upgrade to 1.8.1 all was OK, also server configuration have 30 pollers setup and also for mysql i set total 2.4gb of memory, and for zabbix server aroung 1gb (for caches).
