API Documentation menioning non-existant functions

Hi,

In the API documentation, there's mention of a few functions in the Item-class, that don't exist (anymore): getById + getId.

The only "get*" function that exists is... get.

Is this a leftover from earlier versions, are these functions added to newer releases or...?
