Action

I have some log file where the line looks something like this: 093304,12;Vision works; the first is a time, second is a status and content.
My question is, how I can add this line to default messages in action? Can I use some macros or regular expression?

The first of the log file is a time, how I can add and send all last line or only time in action messages?
