item interrogation frequency

I'd like to have some items to be interrogated only 1 time in the week....
does someone have any idea on how to do that because by default it's impossible.

You could perhaps have a weekly cron job which gathers the required value, which in turn is sent to Zabbix_server via zabbix sender. [Assuming you're on Linux].
