I've been using a downloaded Zabbix .pkg to monitor my Solaris boxes - however I now need a proxy build to allow it to monitor inside one of our private networks so needed to compile my own.
Try as I might I can't get it to compile - google'ing has revealed others having the same problem but no real answers.
I've tried using different versions of MySQL, the default MySQL from the image (10/09) and from Blastwave (this is the state the current error messages are coming from)
it looks like it's just missing one of the libraries - perhaps I've missed a dependency somewhere?
I'm afraid mainly being a Solaris person I'm still new to compiling stuff
