export & import actions

Hello,

I upgraded to from 1.4.6 to 1.8.2 (via 1.6 of course).
Everything is working fine with the upgraded database but i would like to use a new fresh database with an export from all my hosts, items, triggers and ACTIONS.

Now it seems that the actions are not exported.
And because i spend a lot of time to my actions in the past, i don't want to remake them all.
Is there a way i can do it or is there a special reason why it is not possible via the gui ?

I am not able to import or export my templates as well.
