Group monitoring and maintains

My Aim is to monitor Web Servers Running Jboss Instants started by individual users.

1. Server A:-
   User web-00 start jboss instant
   Zabbix will monitor:-
   http_port 8080 (tcp)
   jnp_port 1099 (tcp)
   JVM Threads and memory
   
2. Server A:-
   User web-01 start jboss instant
   Zabbix will monitor:-
   http_port 8180 (tcp)
   jnp_port 1199 (tcp)
   JVM Threads and memory
   
3. Server B:-
   User web-00 start jboss instant
   Zabbix will monitor:-
   http_port 8080 (tcp)
   jnp_port 1099 (tcp)
   JVM Threads and memory
   
4. Server B:-
   User web-01 start jboss instant
   Zabbix will monitor:-
   http_port 8180 (tcp)
   jnp_port 1199 (tcp)
   JVM Threads and memory
   
5. Server A and B:-
   Zabbix will monitor:-
   CPU, Disk, memory etc...
   

What I need with Zabbix:-

I add Server A and B to the default Linux Template
I create 2 templates as Template_web-00 and Template_web-01

1. Items in Template_web-00:-
   Monitor tcp http port 8080
   Monitor tcp jnp port 1099
   Monitor JVM Threads and memory
   Monitory uptime of this instant
2. Items in Template_web-01:-
   Monitor tcp http port 8180
   Monitor tcp jnp port 1199
   Monitor JVM Threads and memory
   Monitor uptime of this instant

Now I need to achieve this,

1. Achievement-A (Groups and Individual items to monitor)
   I create 2 groups as web-00 and web-01

   • Group Web-00:-
     This group should monitor items from Template_web-00 for Server A and B and nothing else.
   • Group Web-01:-
     This group should monitor items from Template_web-01 for Server A and B and nothing else.
   • I also need to monitory the status of Server A and B individually (eg: disk, cpu, memory etc..) without adding this servers to Group web-00 or web-01. If required may be added to a different group.

   
   
2. Achievement-B (Maintains)
   • IF I add Group web-00 for maintains It should not monitor the items only from Template_web-00 listed under this group for Server A and B. This should not stop the monitoring of items listed under group web-01 and also should not stop monitoring of disk, cpu, memory etc.. of Server A and B
     
   • IF I add Group web-01 for maintains It should not monitor the items only from Template_web-01 listed under this group for Server A and B. This should not stop the monitoring of items listed under group web-00 and also should not stop monitoring of disk, cpu, memory etc.. of Server A and B
     
   • If I add Server A for maintains It should not monitor any group, template and Individual items added to this server but monitoring of other Server B should be continued.
