Can zabbix check internet speed ?

I want to check internet speed with zabbix, is it possible ?
http proxy is used for connecting to internet.

You cannot directly check internet speeds unless you download something. However since you are using a proxy it is possible if each proxy log tells you how big the item was and how long it took. This is going to require some programming effort on your part to make happen however.
