Multiple Clause Trigger

How do I set a trigger to go off with multiple clauses? For example...

A system becomes unreachable. I don't want it to fire unless it's been uncreachable for >2 min.

status.last(0)}=2.min(120)? Not sure if and or how to phrase this.

It's look like this: {My_Host:status.max(120)}=2, if your server is unreachable more than 120 seconds, the triggers is true
