Check for data from active agent

    Hey

We have some agents running in Active mode, because thay are behind a firewall.

It works just fine og we got all the informations from the servers. But if one of them stopping sending information (because of a servercrash, agent-crash) then i need Zabbix server til trigger an action, so we notifyed about the problem.

What is the best way og checking this?

Have the same problem. I tryed to solve it with fuzzytime, but seems to me that doesnt work(
    Solved with {Linux_server_active:system.localtime.nodata(180)} =1

      Try a trigger like this:
      Code:
      {HOSTNAME:agent.ping.nodata(120)}=1
It will trigger if it doesn't receive an agent.ping for 120 sec. So, if a server/agent crashes, it'll trigger.

Edit: Didn't read the reply from vasiliy0, he already answered the question Well, better double then no answer at all.. :P However, mine does trigger if just the agent crashes.
