Best Way to Uninstall Zabbix??

Hello !

New to the forum here and new to Zabbix...I can see the huge potential to use the system but I am having some issues and I would like to start over with a clean installation.

Sorry for the dumb question, but what is the best way to uninstall Zabbix so I can start again?

Hope all is well down in the town designed by an Aggie, because only an Aggie would put the Belt outside the Loop. (For everyone else, if that makes no sense to you, it's a uniquely Houston Texas joke).

There is an uninstall target which looks like it tries to remove the install binaries "make uninstall" (run it as root). Otherwise it's just a simple matter of deleting the binaries and the /etc/zabbix/ directory. Zabbix is very light weight in terms of what it puts on the OS. After you delete the files you will want to remove the Zabbix db which is just a simple matter of "drop database zabbix;", or replace zabbix with the name of your DB. If you really want to get everything delete the user you created to access Zabbix if you did.
