Empty box by executing ping / traceroute

Hello,

my problem is about executing scripts in the map.
when I choose a system and execute ping or traceroute, I don`t get a error-message, I only get an empty box. Look the attachment.

Everybody has permissions for ping and traceroute. I also tried fping. when I start a terminal session, I can use ping and all the others commands.

I use Zabbix 1.8.2 on an Ubuntu 10.04 server.
Please help.

check path to ping and traceroute utility

whereis ping
whereis traceroute

and fix it Administration -- Scripts if needed

the path was set correct

/bin/ping and /usr/bin/traceroute

and from commandline I can execute the utilitys, but it still don`t works.
