can't receive email (Wrong answer on HELO)

Hi all,

I am havping problem receiving mails from my mail provider,

I got following error:
Wrong answer on HELO [220-We do not authorize the use of this system to transport unsolicited].

mail setting under zabbix is:

SMTP server mydomain.org
SMTP helo hint.isp.org
SMTP email [email protected]

is this problem from zabbix, linux server or my ISP provider?

possible solution

I found this solution: http://canonic.net/txt/articles/28/zabbix-183-wrong-answer-on-helo- for multiline 220 OK smtp server responses.
