After upgrading from 1.6.x to 1.8.2 I now get in the subject line of alert emails (only through my cell phone service) the following:
=?UTF-8?B?dGFjcyBTZXJ2ZXIgT27mbGluZSA0cG
I do not see the same on the email copies through regular email. So somewhere during the transport in the phone company system the content is having the issue.
Anyone aware of any changes made to the subject line text encoding between the versions, or other thoughts. All other text is correct, only the subject line.
