My map is full of errors when everything is fine

I've created a new map with a collection of my servers, the map is showing errors on some of my servers such as:

• 7 problems
• 11 Unkown
• Syslogd is not running on moonfish

Betwise, from the overview page, everything is green and i have no problem, here's some values:

• Number of hosts (monitored/not monitored/templates) 72 26 / 0 / 46
• Number of items (monitored/disabled/not supported) 2452 2050 / 402 / 0

No triggers are waiting for aknowledgement, and i've taken care of disablng all unsupported items from my hosts.
What's going on with my map ?

Is there any way to debug ? and view the errors in some log files or so ?

I'm suffering from the same problem. Some times, Zabbix maps show me some problem on my host and when I click on "trigger status" (right mouse click on map element) I see no problems!

It's possible to debug frontend by enabling debug mode on group administration page. After enabling this feature, one link called Debug will appear on the upper right corner of frontend.

Hi,

if you have disabled some items, you should disable their triggers also.
This got me rid of some 'unknown's on the map.

Unknwon on Maps

I am currently trying to build maps but the status of a server, a group of servers is always unknown, and as yet I cannot understand.

Most of the servers use a template and some of the template values are marked "unsupported", but I cannot delete them as they are templated items. catch 22?

Zabbix 1.8.2, will upgrade once POC has been signed off.
