Use hostname instead of IP address on discovered hosts

I am trying to figure out how my discovered hosts will be named after their hostnames instead of their IP addresses.

I changed the my "Device uniqueness criteria" to zabbix agent uname instead of IP address but it did not help.

When the hosts are named after their IP addresses they fail active checks with host not found. Can someone help?
