Snmp

Hi,

My zabbix server works well but I'm trying to get back SNMP value from a server to my zabbix server.

The problem is that I don't have snmpwalk command unable (for testing configuration) :

-bash: snmpwalk: command not found

I can install snmp library into my zabbix server, but why is it not present yet?? I make a

./configure --enable-server --enable-agent --with-pgsql --with-net-snmp --with-libcurl --with-jabber --prefix=/usr

... and it works

Is there a probleme? or is it normal?

Have you install the snmp package?

this will contain the different tools you need !!

"normal" I don't think so..
May be this package had been installed by dependencies of an other package!
