Check host availability

Hi
I want to check host availability with ping agent on target host and ssh service.
That means for check availability zabbix must to check agent.ping and then sshd service, if both failed then inform and notify.
Unfortunately I have tried some solution but without any luck

Come on!
You must create two different items, one to check ssh and another to check the ping.
Create a trigger for each item and time to create the action, create two conditionals:
Trigger = ssh
Trigger = ping
Let set in the Type option of calculation option AND
If that fails, tell me because I have another idea.
