question about webchecks and proxies

If the host that webchecks belong to, is monitored via the proxy, its the proxy that does the webchecks, right? or does the server continue to do them?

unfortunately, currently it's still server that is performing web monitoring

Actually for me that isn't unfortunate.

I would prefer my websites were monitored remotly, its more real world and than checking from within my own infrastructure is.
