Can't get "Time period" action condition to work.

I have an action configured but I don't want to get alerted on that action between the times of 04:45 and 05:15 every morning. So I created the action condition:

    Time period not in "1-7,04:45-05:15"

but I am still getting alerts when the trigger is fired during this time period. Any ideas why this is not working? I've attached a screenshot of the action.

I am having the same problem. Have you resolved this? I'm running v1.8.4

I'm actually getting the recovery message during periods when i should not. I did some searching thru the forums and the solution seems to be adding Trigger value = "PROBLEM" to the action. However, even after adding it i am still getting recovery msg's during time periods that i should not.

    Anyone else run into this?

I don't think I ever got this working. What I ended up doing as a work-around was adding the hosts to a "Maintenance" with the time period of interest and then adding

      Maintenance status not in "maintenance"

as one of the Action conditions.

Thanks for the tip. I implemented yesterday and it seems to have worked.

I have another question in regards to the following scenario. A trigger fires during the maintenance window and the alert is suppressed (as it should). What happens when the maintenance window ends - will the alert then be sent?
