URL monitor UP/DOWN

I would like to monitor if my URL is UP or DOWN.

Example: http://172.31.0.171:8080/cockpit/paginaInicial.do

She opened it in a state of OK, this has not opened with FAIL and sends an alert.

I am using zabbix server and agent version 1.8.2

You should use a Web Scenario.
