deleted default icon

I appear to have deleted the default icon for the maps, how do I set the default icon for a new element in the maps, I cannot select it to change it because there is no icon to click on and select

first, in 1.8.3 you should be still able to add items to map even if you don't have the icons.

second, just delete all of the images and re-import their sql file.

how do I do that.
I can add new things but I cannot edit them - ie change the name/icon - or move them because there isn't an icon to click on to select and therefor move or edit

you can either use svn head frontend, which deals with such a situation better, or you can remove all images and then just import image sql file again.
