I am getting the odd intermittant error for some items in Zabbix. I am sure you will ask me the config of server and agent but I dont think at this stage it is neccessary. Some occurrances of the queries below work, but on occasion they dont, therefore it is unlikely to be a config issue.
9352:20100715:111918.654 Item [server1:net.tcp.service[ssh]] error: Get value from agent failed: Cannot connect to [1.2.3.4:10050] [Connection refused]
9352:20100715:112638.758 Item [server2:jmx[com.metrics:name=MetricsService][AverageLatency]] error: Get value from agent failed: Cannot connect to [1.2.3.5:10053] [Connection refused]
As you can see these are occurring on various servers on my network and on different items.
Has anyone seen something similar or found a way around this? To me it sounds like a network error but thats just a gut feel so looking for advice
