Exchange Mailbox store Size

I would like to monitor the size of my Mailbox store sizes in Exchange 2003 & 2007.

Has anyone done this, or able to point me in the right direction please?

The mail store is a (large) file on a drive:\folder.

You can monitor that with: vfs.file.size[path\filename]

eg. vfs.file.size[S:\SG1\Mailbox Store 1.edb]

I need to monitor the size or percentage of a mailbox which is hosted on an external folder and file, i.e. it is on an external internet provider (like AOL for instance). Does anyone know how to do it with Zabbix ? Is there a template for that ?
