quite new to Zabbix, so forgive me if asking something obvious...
We are trying to monitor our application health. beside the normal "system" data (cpu, memory, etc...). we would like to also monitor "specific" information which our system produces (e.g. number of logged in users inside the portal).
we do have HTTP mechanism for retrieving this information (URL which return XML formated information).
my question is, can I somehow integrate this mechanism with Zabbix or do I need to create a "weird" approach using a command line extension to the zabbix agent ?
