Eventlog again and again

Hello,
I just trying get eventlog thing work as part of testing process of zabbix platform and after searching for some eventlog related information on this forum and get through official manual and wiki...even look to official zabbix book...well, result is only mess in my head, because I cant find even single, simple, exact howto for eventlog. So maybe some kind soul on this forum by willing to help me with this. There on wiki pages I find some eventlog template, but I definitely dont want-need push entire eventlog spam from windows box to zabbix server. For my needs is important to get specific information from eventlog and get proper warning message to mail.
Example: I have this item in eventlog


and I want get email when this showup in eventlog and in email body I need a full text from description field for understanding whats exactly happen without logging to windows box.
How this could by done?

Eventlog monitoring really poorly documented, but if you read the documentation, you can already configure.

Thats great...but until that .. how could you configure my case scenario?
