    Why do I have a zabbix_agent.conf and a zabbixagentd.conf?

    Hello,

I was wondering why I have 2 config files in my /etc/zabbix

    A zabbix_agent.conf and a zabbix_agend.conf.

When I start zabbix it runs zabbix_agentd on the client so I gues zabbix_agentd.conf is used here. so it the other config file used at all?

It apparently is used in stand-alone configurations, but I don't think anyone uses those anymore. I like to make sure the config options there at least match the agentd.conf counterpart.
