I can not receive alert mails from zabbix despite the configuration below :

1. if you enable escalations or recovery message, always add condition "trigger value = problem";

2. check administration -> audit -> actions

I think your action operation condition is wrong: it should be:

Event acknowledged = "Not Ack"

Now it will send an email when the trigger = acknowledged
