Bulk host uploading

I am trying to upload 300+ hosts to zabbix.

Does anyone have a tip or pointer on how to do this quickly? Currently, everthhing is in a csv file and I would like to simply upload it and thu the zabbix I can assign templates to the hosts...

at this point, you probably have two options :

1. create one host as you want to have it, export it to xml. from that example, script all other hosts using the csv data.

2. use the api to do the same.

xml is probably more time tested and somewhat easier to do, so i'd suggest going that route.
