Last 20 Issue width

Hi there,

I need to change the table width Last 20 issues in dashboard. In column Issue I need to increase the size of cell to show all Trigger text. I try to put in Screens but ocurred the same.

Which file can I change the size of cell?

I have the same problem. My idea is to make an html page that shows only "Last issues" instead of just 20, as a solution to replace the firefox plugin that does not work in this new version of zabbix 1.8.3. But I do not know how zabbix does this query "Last 20 issues".

    +   $dashconf['limit'] = 0;

We've the same issue with dashboard line widh.
Added the dashboard limit, but without any result.
Is it possible to set se line width ?

I made this change using a small modifications in PHP file. Here it is:

# diff include/blocks.inc.php.ORIG include/blocks.inc.php

<       $limit = isset($filter['limit']) ? $filter['limit'] : 20;

>       $limit = isset($filter['limit']) ? $filter['limit'] : 30;

Then you can change the "Last 20 issues" to "Last 30 issues" in the file containing all messages. For english it is here:

# diff include/locales/en_gb.inc.php.ORIG include/locales/en_gb.inc.php

Forgot to add - the changes above are for expanding "last 20 issues" list (to "last 30"), NOT for expanding the description (trigger) cell.

The text of the "Last 20 issues" is shortened since I have updated Zabbix to version 1.8.3.
Does somebody found a solution or can someone provide a patch for this?

I checked the "last 20 issues" with 1.8.4 version - created a looooong trigger comment (I mean the alarm message) and looks like this issue has been fixed. The "Last 20 issues" and its "Issue" column expanded when the new alarm cam and I was able to see the whole alarm message. So, try 1.8.4.

Thanks for your tip. However, I'm glad to say that we're already using version 1.8.4.

What we've been wondering is that triggers that are provided from a script always are cut off in the Last 20 Issues. Original triggers from Zabbix aren't. See attached file.

I upgraded Zabbix to 1.8.4 too and can confirm what fdcsantos said.

The normal messages of the "Last 20 issues" list are not shortened anymore.
But if you have a "{ITEM.LASTVALUE}" (in my case a long return string) in the name of the trigger it will be furthermore shortened.
