centos sendmail how insert in helo message?

I have a Zabbix Server with centos 5.4 with send mail ...

if a prompt mail -s "Test" [email protected]

work

but zabbix don't send email ...

I configure a action with jabber work with email don't work ...

where I verify what is my problem ?
