    Acknowledgements are lost after reboot

    Hi

We use acknowledgements when servers are down, or servers disk space is low. This is always lost when we reboot the server.

this is terrible because we then lose track of what we've noted for particular events, and then have to go over everything again.

Is there a way to store acknowledgements, so they are kept after reboots?

    Much appretiated

I completely agree, another issue here is that after reboot event duration is also reset, that is misleading, if you want to see the true age of the problem.
