There are items missing data for more than 10 minutes

Hi,

Sorta of new to Zabbix: - just wondering if anyone has ever come across this error message...

There are items missing data for more than 10 minutes: Problem - it gets resolved usually within an hour or so - but I was wondering if there is an actual problem that might be causing zabbix to miss data?

does anyone have insight or know

I'm having the same issue on 1.8.3 Appliance. Were you able to get this resolved?

have read about active checks.

is it a particular items, whats the collection interval set to.

check the zabbix and agent log

check the queues in the web ijterface to see the slow item collection
