the only out of the box solution for mysql I know of is from http://www.fromdual.com, but depending on what you really need to monitor templates for mysql are quite easy to script yourself

          Thanks for your attention
Apparently fromdual is commercial for InnoDB engine.is that true??
          I need to monitor :
          1-select query per second
          2-insert query per second
          3-update query per second
          4-slow query
          Thanks in advance

            hi,

on the fromdual website it says
            Commercial modules and Support

The FromDual modules for InnoDB and NDB are available for an annual fee of EUR 490.- each. This annual fee includes:

            * Company wide usage of these modules.
            * Best effort email support for all the FromDual modules. Contact our support for getting support.
            * Notice of available updates for all modules.

These modules can be purchased here. This support does NOT contain Zabbix Support! Commercial support for Zabbix you can get from Zabbix directly.
If the installation of the MySQL Performance Monitor is part of a consulting engagement, the support for the first year is free.
so I thought that only the innodb support had to be purchased.
Anyway, if those 4 values are all you need why not script it yourself.
mysqladmin extended-status gives you a lot of data, you need
            1. Com_select
            2. Com_insert
            3. Com_update
            4. Slow_queries
The return values are accumulated since server start, so you let zabbix work with the delta.
If you are on a Unix system I can send you examples of my setup.

Check out the heavy mysql monitoring template on the wiki:
